In 2008, we met Sue, an executive director at a supported-living agency, who was overwhelmed by chaotic, time-consuming processes. We saw how much time her team spent just managing schedules and payroll and knew there had to be a better way.

That’s how Inclusion System was born. We created a tool that doesn’t just streamline admin tasks but gives staff their time back. For over 16 years, we’ve worked alongside agencies like Sue’s to build software that understands their challenges and makes work—and life—easier for everyone involved.
